- dave watsonDec, 09 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They build my house in 2008 which makes the house 10 years old. The ac went bad 3 years old ,the roof leaks and was no put on right. There are cracks under the tile . I had to fix 2 rafters that were not nail right. I wish we would have got a different builder.
